Criteria for Entry:
� Artists may submit 1 piece.

� Works must be appropriate for Mayor’s office venue.

� Artwork can be no smaller than 14 inches in width or length or no larger than 16 x 20 inches.

� All work must be securely framed and suitably wired. The top of the wire should be three inches below the top of the painting or photograph. Saw tooth hooks and anything other than wire will not be accepted.

� Attach a label to the back, upper right side including the title, artist name and phone number, and description of medium, and price. This is essential for consideration of work.

� All sales transactions will be between the artist and the buyer.

� In lieu of a commission, a 15% tax-deductible donation to the Petaluma Arts Council is requested.

Entry Deadline: February 2, 2008

For any submission, whether by mail or e-mail, send photographs of specific work to be entered. Include: size, price, name of artwork and artist, current address, phone, and email address.

Pick-up of accepted works: All works accepted must be picked up by 9a.m. Sunday, April 20, 2008.
