Gallery One opens New Show

The new show at Gallery One is an interesting duo of artists: Hella Merrill & Olga Storms. I’ve always loved the work that Hella Merrill does with en caustic on metal. Her art is calming with earth tones and subtle dynamics of the interplay of texture, shape & color.
As a sharp contrast, Olga’s work is bright & edgy with an energetic tension in the figures of her paintings. It’s a very fun show to see and experience. Well done to Linda & Michael Gonzalez for treating us to another wonderful exhibit.
