To many, 8:30 am is really early for a Saturday morning. It didn’t stop a dozen volunteers, including PAC’s board members, Murray Rockowitz and Margie Helm, from gathering to introduce art into the Council chambers. The MASTERWORKS Atelier des Beaux Arts, a world-class mural company founded and directed by Thomas Christian Wolfe since 1980, has recently relocated its studio to Petaluma.
